Legal Aid Clinic (Free Legal Aid)

`Gandhibhavan Neethi Bhavan’ is the most important department of Gandhibhavan which provides free legal aid to the poor and needy. This is the  centre accredited centre of KELSA (Kerala Legal Services Authority) which is working directly under the control of the High Court of Kerala. National and International Adalats (on-the-spot combined legal negotiation and verdicts) are conducted regularly. 

            Once in three months the Adalats are conducted here with the Sitting of High Court Judges, District Court Judes, Taluk Judicial Officers and Distinguished lawyers.

            In this case both parties, the petitioner and the accused, both don’t have to spare any money for legal consultations. Complaints are accepted every day in Legal Aid Clinic, Gandhibhavan Neethi Bhavan (Home for Justice). After studying the cases by expert advocates, Legal counselors and Psychologist, both parties are called and discussed about the merits of the case and finally the verdicts are proclaimed on-the-spot to the satisfaction of both parties, so that there will be no future appeals on these cases.
